Q: I’m embarrassed about being weighed in front of everyone
A: Bootcampers are responsible for taking their own weight and measurements and you will be given a record to complete with these details.
You will need to pass these details on to your Camp Leader once a week so that your progress
can be monitored, but none of your details will be made available to anyone else

Q: I haven’t got anything to wear
A: Bootcampers are given a tee shirt (choose your own size) when you join, to encourage team spirit. All you need are supportive trainers and comfortable trousers.

Q: I’ve been to classes before where the instructor looks so perfect, I feel really self-conscious
A: Our instructors are real people with real wobbly bits! We have personal experience of weight loss through healthy eating and exercise and we want to share this experience with you!

Q: I have no co-ordination, so I’m hopeless at most fitness classes
A: Bootcamp is based on simple but effective exercises, which increase fitness levels, helping to burn fat more efficiently. There is no complex choreography and no complicated routines to memorise.
If you do enjoy the odd mambo chacha, you are entitled to free access to all of our other classes which are run by K'n'S Fitness during the course!

Q: I’m concerned about handing over money before the course starts
A: That’s quite understandable and that’s the reason we ask for just a £10 deposit to reserve your place. Places are limited to enable us to offer a personal service to you.
The balance is payable (by cheque or cash) at your first class.

Q: I’m not all that fit, will I be able to keep up?
A: During the course you are encouraged to listen to your body, so you will be working at your own level within the programme. You will be amazed how quickly your fitness levels increase!
If you do have any serious health or injury problems, please contact us before registering for the course, as some conditions might make the plan unsuitable for you
